• Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood  refrigerator, microwave grill, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle.

• Bathroom with washing machine, towel dryer and hair dryer.

• Terrace with garden furniture, awning and its sea view.

• Parking secured by automatic gate: park your vehicle and do everything on foot! Shuttle buses are also available to explore the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

• The beach is exactly 100 meters from the apartment, with its fine sand, translucent water and a very gentle slope ( see the map ), do not hesitate to venture onto Bonporteau beach and discover its paths. hiking or the mysterious Amphores beach (cardio assured).

• The nearest Restaurants are 50 meters from the apartment, you will find fish and seafood restaurants such as Bergamot  or the Yams , Sushi, fast food, brasserie, pizzeria, creperie, Thai like Siam , after  a moment of relaxation at La Récré , not to mention the many restaurants around the port .

• The nearest shops are 200 meters from the apartment, bakery (La Fournée des Palmier), food store (Proxi) and Bar, Tabac, PMU, LOTTO (O'cavalaire)

 

• Tourist shops , diving center , Jet Ski , boat rental  and all water sports, rental of bicycles, scooters, quads and cars ( Note : before renting mountain bikes to survey the tracks of the forest massifs, check the fire risk map ) ,  casino , the marina and its restaurants are located 8 min walk or 600 m, we are lucky to have a large supermarket with sheltered parking.

• Reservations will only be effective upon receipt of the deposit (25%). For security reasons, a deposit check of €500 is requested on the day of arrival and given to you at the end of your stay.
